These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 747p ("747p," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 747p online gaming platform available at https://747p.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service provided by 747p, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the 747p Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, entities, or organisations may not register as players.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 747p or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the 747p platform or imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.

747p reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by 747p will result in account suspension. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited without recourse.

To access the full range of 747p services, you must register an account on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.

One Account Policy: Each player is entitled to hold exactly one registered account on 747p. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 747p reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed through those accounts, and forfeit all balances and bonuses therein.

747p reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 747p Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Funds may be deposited into your 747p account via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 747p does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one Philippine banking business day.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 747p reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests in excess of certain thresholds, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

747p may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 747p reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 747p Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and may be subject to reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to 747p support immediately upon discovery.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any 747p staff member for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 747p.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes through third-party payment providers in bad faith.
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

747p is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR standards and Philippine regulatory frameworks. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at specified intervals to monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use any 747p trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation from 747p.

Any unauthorised use of 747p's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747p, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond 747p's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Loss resulting from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 747p's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The 747p Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 747p makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, and expressly disclaims all such warranties to the extent permitted by law.

747p collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://747p.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

747p is committed to full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all related regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or described in the Privacy Policy.

747p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 747p will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

747p may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The voluntary request of the account holder.

Upon termination of your account for any reason other than voluntary closure or self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not returnable upon account termination.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 747p with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
